Magic Valley Park

Hello to our Residents and Guests,
 
There have been quite a few exciting events here this summer.
 
Recently Hurricane Dolly had everyone's attention. We prepared for the worse and our team efforts helped keep damage to a minimum. If you have not been contacted already, there was probably not visible damage to your property. It wouldn’t hurt for someone to check the inside and if we see something out of place we will do our best to help. The most notable damage, to a few units, was wind damage to carports and secondary roofing. You are welcome to call 956.968.8242 if you have any questions about your property.
 
Magic Valley was very lucky compared to many area properties. Repairs are being made and all should be back to normal within a few weeks.
 
We want to sincerely thank Bonnie and Dan Sell for their 4 years of service and caring for you, and wish them well in their future efforts. They have moved on to pursue their D & B Construction business. Magic Valley Park deserves the best and will have Resident Onsite Managers. Thank you for your help in this transition.
