Lots rented on a seasonal basis may be reassigned if someone desires to rent annually.  The seasonal renter is notified first and given the opportunity to rent the lot annually.

Annual Rate Lots
Standard Lot $1920.00 + Elect & Water
Double Lot $2120.00 + Elec & Water
Electricity is charged monthly on a meter basis. Water is $5.00 per month.
Payment Schedule: Minimum of ½ Payable on November 15th and the balance on December 15th. Late charge of $25.00 after Dec 15th.

Mobile Home Lots (beginning October 1, 2007)
  • $255.00/Month or $2,950.00/Year - 3% discount if paid in full at anniversary date.
  • Natural Gas and water are charged on a meter basis. Meters are read once a month
  • Rent Late fee after the 5th of each month is $25.00
  • The park provides mowing service for a charge of $10.00 per month. Prior arrangements must be made with management for this service. Outside lawn care services are prohibited. Mowing is $25.00 per month without prior agreement with management.

  • EXTRA CHARGES
    All rates are based on two-person occupancy
    Guest charges: $2.00/day per person
    Change of occupancy(renters): $50.00 administrative fee.

    Rates subject to change. Management reserves the right to reject a reservation request, renew a rental and to utilize vacant spaces. Management assumes no responsibility for accident, injury or loss caused by resident, guest of resident or other residents.
